Please be aware that many factors dictate the level of labor and staff required. Your catering coordinator will assist you in calculating your final staffing needs. Staffing rates apply to TABC servers, TABC bartenders and security officers. Rates are based on hours per person, including one hour prior to the event, the hours of the event and one hour after the event. Rates can vary between a complete bar set-up or a beer and/wine bar only. Prices and availability are available upon request.  To aid you in budgeting, please refer to our staff rate index below. Minimum 3 hours.

TABC server (Beer and wine only)
Must include one hour prior to the event, the hours of the event and one hour after the event. $21.00 per hour

TABC full bartender
Must include one hour prior to the event, the hours of the event and one hour after the event. $23.00 per hour

Security
$40.00 per hour per officer (Alumni facilities and off-campus)
$60.00 per hour per officer (all other Texas Tech facilities)

Attendant $19.00 per hour

Additional server/s request $19.00 per hour
